A few words about Jiway


Building on their experience in some international leading software companies and convinced that a great opportunity existed in top quality client reporting solutions, Luc Charlier and three co-founding partners created Jiway in December 2003. 

Fully dedicated to Client Reporting and Customer Relationship Management , Jiway has created the MozaIK web solution suite. It provides modular solutions around Output Management System (OMS) to assist in the design, production, distribution and archiving of any type of document using the client’s own branding. Under the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool the client can personalize the management of its customer relationships, automate its account opening and on-boarding processes or enhance its marketing efforts. Those solutions can be easily integrated into any existing IT landscape while meeting industry and regulatory standards.

Now operating out of Luxembourg, Geneva and Novi Sad, Serbia where it launched a development office in early 2016, Jiway caters not only to its traditional client base made of private and retail banks but also to various industries (energy, telecoms, transportation,etc.) in search for customizable reporting, dynamic data collection workflow and efficient business relationship follow-up. 

Its 40-strong team has representatives from 8 different nationalities with a strong focus on software development and deployment; dedicated project teams ensure timely delivery and provide continuous support to its 60+ customers worldwide.
